This home is close to Johns Hopkins Hospital, University of Maryland Medical Center, and Johns Hopkins Bayview Hospital. There are numerous bus stops close to the property. In addition, there are eateries, grocery stores, and other shops nearby. You’ll love my place because you will be with people who share common interests and lifestyles. This is housing for currently enrolled graduate students, nurses, and medical professionals. We require a minimum booking of 3 months. You can book long term.

The space

You will be renting one private bedroom and you will have use of the shared common spaces (kitchen, living room, laundry, front and back porch). This bedroom has a queen size bed and is fully furnished. The room has a keyed lock. All utilities are included in the rent, which includes tv and high speed wifi. Towels, toilet paper, and toiletries are not included**Please note that this room faces the front of the house on the first floor. If you are a light sleeper, this room will not be agreeable to you due to cars passing by.

House rules

-No recreational drugs and/or usage allowed on the property. Marijuana is legal in Maryland, however, you can not smoke it on the property.
-No smoking cigarettes on the property
-No excessive alcohol use allow on the property.
-No yelling on the property
-No cursing on the property
-No loud music or noise on the property
-No parties or gatherings on the property
-No animals on the property
-No having guests on the property without permission
-No using a space in the house that is not assigned to you.
-No leaving personal items in the common spaces
-No leaving the front door or the backdoor open for any reason. Always close the door behind you.
-You must take out the trash when it full. The can is located in the back yard.
-You must immediately clean up after yourself in the common area. This includes washing dishes, putting away dishes, cleaning the sink, cleaning the shower, sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.

Other things to note

You must provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. You can possibly have 3 other housemates that can be male or female.
