This apartment is in a great safe location close to Morgan University JHU Loyola And other collages This is ONLY for Graduate, Medical and Professional level students. Apartment has Wi-Fi cable TV laundry desk fully equipped kitchen private entrance. We require an initial MINIMUM booking of 3 Months or longer.

The space

You will be renting a completely private studio Basement apartment. It has a Queen bed and is fully furnished. The room Has T.V. and Hi speed WiFi. All utilities are included. and you will have shared use of the backyard patio area.

The neighbourhood

The neighborhood is a very safe and quiet family environment and is in very close proximity to Morgan State University just a short walk away. Also in walking distance is a grocery store and a plaza with other stores like Rite Aid. There are also biking/walking/running trails that include a excersice track that goes around a lake with public work out equipment located around the perimeter of it and huge football/soccer fields as well.

House rules

There is no smoking in the house.
There will be no drugs on or around the propery.
There will be no pets in the house.
There will be no illegal activity allowed.
You will do your part to make sure the property remains clean and sanitary at all times.
You will be respectful of the property and of the other guest at all times and maintain a mature inviroment.

Guest access

You will have your own personal kitchen laundry and bathroom and access to the backyard and Patio area.

Interaction with guests

I am available for the guest at almost anytime they will be able to contact me should they need anything.

Other things to note

You must provide your own toilet paper and paper towels.
