My townhouse is in a great safe location close to Morgan University JHU Loyola And other collages This home has 4 rooms ONLY for Graduate, Medical and Professional level students This house has WiFi Cable large living room and fully equipped kitchen. We require an initial MINIMUM booking of 3 Month or longer.

The space

You will be renting one bedroom this bed room has a Queen bed and is fully furnished. The room Has cable T.V. and Hi speed WiFi is all throughout the house. All utilities are included. and you will have shared use of the rest of the house.

The neighbourhood

The neighborhood is a very safe and quiet family environment and is in very close proximity to Morgan State University just a short walk away. Also in walking distance is a grocery store and a plaza with other stores like Rite Aid. There are also biking/walking/running trails that include a excersice track that goes around a lake with public work out equipment located around the perimeter of it and huge football/soccer fields as well.

-No smoking in the house or directly outside of the house
-No loud music, noice, parties etc. in order to maintain a comfortable environment for eveyone.
-No drug use
-No adults or children can stay in the property other than the person on the lease.
-No pets



Cleaning Rules and Responsibilities

In order to keep the rental cost low, we do not impose a cleaning fee. We have a cleaning lady that cleans between each tenant. The the daily responsibility of cleaning is split between the tenants of the house. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies. If everyone works together and adheres to the following rules, the property stays clean and comfortable.

-Trash is to be taken out when the can is full. No trash is to be left on the floor beside the trash can. Trash cans are located outside of the house in the backyard.

-All personal things should be kept with you in your room, in your chosen space in the kitchen or on your designated shelf in the bathroom.

-If you use or waste anything, clean up behined yourself.

-Please respect the space as if it is your own.

Interaction with guests

I am available for the guest at almost anytime they will be able to contact me should they need anything.

Other things to note

You must provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. You can possibly have 3 other housemates that can be male or female.
