
Our Charles Village home is a historic charm city brownstone built in 1900 its huge in size and in a great location close to Johns Hopkins University, grocery stores, restaurants, bars, bus lines, Penn Station and its just a strait shot downtown. We only host Graduate students and Healthcare professionals. We require a 3 MONTH MINIMUM initial booking.
We host Graduate Students and Professional students and medical professionals only, to ensure the house stays clean and quiet at all times. The room you will be staying in is fully furnished with a queen size bed and is very tastefully decorated. It has 12 foot ceilings and and victiorian charm. It has a workspace in the room and is ready with digital TV and high speed WiFi.
The neighborhood is a safe city environment. There is always alot of stuff going on in the area from restaurants and bars to festivals, parades, and farmers markets. Yet through all this the house stays pretty quiet.
House Rules
-No smoking in the house or directly outside of the house
-No loud music, noice, parties etc. in order to maintain a comfortable environment for eveyone.
-No drug use
-No adults or children can stay in the property other than the person on the lease.
-No pets
Cleaning Rules and Responsibilities
In order to keep the rental cost low, we do not impose a cleaning fee. We have a cleaning lady that cleans between each tenant. The the daily responsibility of cleaning is split between the tenants of the house. We provide all necessary cleaning supplies. If everyone works together and adheres to the following rules, the property stays clean and comfortable.
-Trash is to be taken out when the can is full. No trash is to be left on the floor beside the trash can. Trash cans are located outside of the house in the backyard.
-All personal things should be kept with you in your room, in your chosen space in the kitchen or on your designated shelf in the bathroom.
-If you use or waste anything, clean up behined yourself.
-Please respect the space as if it is your own.
Guests will have access the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, formal dining room, rear garden and patio area
Me and my wife (no kids) live on the third floor. We are here every day so if you need anything we will be easy to contact.
You must provide your own toilet paper and paper towels. You can possibly have 2 other housemates that can be male or female.
